This blog related with Personality Development. I made some research earlier. I got some knowledge about the below mentioned stuffs!
I made this blog into two parts. They are;
- EXIT COMFORT ZONE, WHY & HOW.
Comfort zone is unique to each individual. To give an example of a comfort zone, A person might feel comfortable sleeping until 12 noon!
Like this we all keep a routine. That may hard to change. To come out from this routine, that is called EXIT COMFORT ZONE.
Now you all may have a suspicion, "Why should I leave my comfort zone?"
Before answering this, you just think about your career, relationship, health, life etc. If you all are satisfied on all these stuffs, you are Lucky, Amazing, Awesome!!!
But you are not satisfied on these all stuffs, that is not anyone's mistake. To fix that we want to EXIT COMFORT ZONE.
BENIFITS OF EXITING COMFORT ZONES
- A lot of new stuffs can be Learned.
- Gets a lot of new Experiences.
- We can Grow and Succeed.
If we lead our life as a straight line, When suddenly a challenge or a problem arise, we all start getting worried about our life. We don't get mature to handle these. But in our day-to-day life, If we take on a challenge, no matter how big a problem we are going to have in our life, we will have an Idea or an Energy to deal with it.
someone :- I also want to exit from my comfort zone. But I don't have problems or Challenges in my life.
How can I ?
WE ARE OUR CHALLENGES!
I can give you Five suggestions. Try it in your life. You can also EXIT FROM YOUR COMFORT ZONES!
Just take a pen and paper. Write down thinks that you feel like more tough and challenging.
Eg :- * I will wake up 4:30 Daily.
* I will propose my girl tomorrow itself by face to face.
You can add anything tough at the same time challenging.
Do things differently on your day-to-day life.
Eg:- If you are a Right-handed person, start doing things with Left.
Trying to collapse your mind that gives you a power!
- Don't use Mobile or Mobile-like devices at Sundays
Imagine that you are at home, you are getting bored. You are trying to take your phone, but you can't. At that time your mind get stuck for 2sec. That feeling give you to think or find other ways to get out of your boredom. It gives you a problem solving mentality.
- Try to talk with Strangers
Every one of us can do this. But we don't.
Suppose at Railway station, Bus station etc. We can find different kind of people their like men, women, kids etc. Try to speak with at least try to speak with our co-passengers!
Suppose if someone ask us something, you can't do that. Say "NO".
For example, Our friend id asking s to do one thing or come lets go somewhere else etc...
we have gone even when we are not interested. Because if we say "NO", they get upset or angry with us.
Person those who not value their time and desires will say "YES"
(also say "YES" even if it is something we don't like.) That mentality need to change.
If you are the person who value your time and desires try to say "NO" if you are not interested.
Any one of you can try these five challenges. And will help you to EXIT FROM COMFORT ZONES. I'm damn sure about it. You can share it with me by commenting bellow.
