PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTS ABOUT DREAMS!

We all are dreamers. There will be no one who does not dream. But there are many things that we do not pay attention to in our dreams. 
Lets have a look to those stuffs!

  • Color of dream is Purple (vivid tint). But in case of adults it should be black and white.
  • Dreams also have gender difference. More women's dreams like nice cool dresses, jewelries etc. Male's dreams like cars, cool gadgets and other heavy stuffs. (Common factor)
  • The dreams we see are as illogical as Nolan's films! Because the stored random incidence in our brain collect and show them as a movie! (Whole body in rest including some parts of brain)
  • People shown us in our dreams, we can not even see them. But what really happens there is that, when we go out there we seen those people. Our brain forgotten them or the random people that we saw before. It is very very rare to see people who we do not see them before.
  • Horror dreams we are seeing because of sleeping with stress or tension.
  • Those who were blind(by birth) can dream. When they wake up, they quickly forget those dreams. This is because their brain does not have the capacity to store it. (Findings from studies conducted on 2017)
  • We can see almost 4 to 6. But we forgot those dreams. Also similar in the case of blinds. We have a little capacity to store them. After we got refreshed some will get disappears!
  • You may have seen people who talk in their sleep and they says small words like YES, NO. In fact, they may be having a big conversation with the people in their dreams.
  • We did not get any answer of the question we think about. May be related with job, career, relationship etc. When we wakeup in the morning or after a nap, we may got answers. This is because our brain is in a bad state with a lot of stress and tension. When the brain released stress and tension during sleep, our brain gives us new ideas without even our knowledge!
